Why are Adobe Express pages downloading upside down?

I have a document with images and and video on separate pages. When I go to download the files, the video is correct but the images are flipped vertically so they look upside down. I've noticed this only when I have the images and video in one file. Does anyone know why Express is doing this?

I don't have a solution, just adding that I'm having this issue as well! Very annoying
