Why do my image assets keep get trimmed and cut off when uploading assets from my computer.

No matter how many adjustments or extra space I leave around my assets from Illustrator, they always get slightly trimmed so the edge is always cut off. How can I fix this?

I've reported the issue to our developers. For me, the AI file worked okay and only occurred with the SVG files

Hi Dave,
Unfortunately, I don't think it is the email that is the issue, it just won't let me attach a AI or SVG file here in the community area as well. I have uploaded the icon files into a Google drive folder. Here is the link - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1shzJu-xevjZqnSdBH1-STQnoINRAfxmH?usp=sharing.
Hopefully, you will be able to download the icons from there.

Thank you for the quick reply. Are you replying by via email by chance? It looks like the attachments didn't come through, unfortunately; I don't think replying by email supports it. I have recorded the following video explaining the issue I am experiencing
when uploading simple icon images to our asset library. Here is the video

I have successfully uploaded icons into our Brand Assets library before.
BUT this time around no matter what I have tried the top and right few
pixels seem to get cut off.

I would like these assets to be SVG or a vector asset, BUT once they
upload to Express they are NO longer Vector (in Express) and I am unable to
edit the colors or the stroke on the assets. Therefore, I found that my
only option is to upload these product icons in different colors.

Another note is that I have tried different formats like PNG or Illustrator
AI, BUT I find that quality is best with the SVG uploads.

Could you please help me with this?.

Thank you for sharing the video, that is very helpful. I want to report the issue to our developers but also wondered if it would be possible to get one of your AI or SVG files with the issue to recreate the issue?
