Add line break to text-section in Adobe Express Webpage

Is there a way to manually add line breaks to a text section of a Webpage in Adobe Express? I tried Shift+ Enter, but it creates a new text section instead of a line break. When copying text with line breaks from MS Word, it creates a new text section with a huge space after each line break (see screenshot).

I believe you and I are not thinking in Adobe Express. We're bringing word processing to Adobe Express.
The way to get text to look like you want is to go to For You (you'll see your projects) and then click Quick Actions --> Generate Text Effects --> DO NOT ANIMATE IT --> put in your text --> rename it to something you'll know --> go back to For You.
Open your project
Click the Plus
Click Your Stuff
Click your new text content to replace what you originally had there.
Click Image. It will flatten the text to an image meaning no one can copy paste the text.
That's the only way I can add text. Everyone is saying CTRL - Enter, or Shift - Enter but that does not work in Adobe Express. It might in other Adobe products.
One other thing, I checked the mobile app to see if it can be done there, but it cannot. The mobile app is no more functional than the desktop app.
Hope this helps.
