Added a CC Library to an Express Project, but now I can't access in my other Adobe Programs

I accidentally moved my brand library instead of copying it into an Express project (I know, rookie mistake), and now I can't see it in my files or in any of my other Adobe programs. It's a shared library that I created. I can't recreate it because it is in use by over 100 people in my organization already. All other users can still access the library, but I cannot. I can see it and invite others to collaborate if I go through a web browser, but I can't access any of the colors or assets. How do I remove it from the Adobe Express project and get my library back?

I am on a MacBook Pro, version 14.7.

I would actually recommend reaching out to our support in this case. It sounds like it might take some looking around on your computer and it might be easiest to do so with an agent directly. You should be able to reach them via
