Hi everyone,
I'm using the adobe express free animation maker with audio upload from my laptop. Previously I had an error with the audio (internal_server_error) after I converted the original audio to mp3, I could download the animation and audio without a problem.
Now I have an issue with the audio not being fully uploaded/converted as it stops mid sentence.
I tried multiple times with different audio sources but either I receive an error (internal_server_error) or it is not fully generated.
Note that the audio size is within the allowed properties.

Hi
@RSF_bg
Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV
Let us know if that helps.
Regards,
Tarun

Hi Tarun,
Thank you for the information. I have used both Safari and Google Chrome (ingognito mode as well). I deleted the cache and cookies, but the video is still being generated mid sentence.
During the process I don't see any indications that something is not working properly. The source audio is one sentence and when it is generated there are few words that aren't processed so it stops mid sentence.
I tried with another audio and it seems that it is generating properly. Followed by a different audio and the video was generated longer than the actual audio.
Note that the audio is created, exported and converted the same way, but there are three options for the result.

Hi @RaDa-Shelley32235846f9ej,
Thank you for providing more details—it helps in understanding the issue.
Based on what you’ve described, it seems like the problem could be related to the specific audio file rather than a broader system issue, especially since other files are working fine.
Here are a few additional suggestions that might help:
Audio Quality Check: Sometimes, a file may appear to be converted correctly but may have underlying issues, such as corrupted segments. Try re-exporting or re-converting the original audio file in a different audio editor or tool, making sure it’s properly trimmed and without any excess data.
File Length and Syncing: If the file is getting cut off mid-sentence, it could be a syncing issue. Try breaking the audio into shorter segments (e.g., sentence by sentence) and uploading them separately to see if that resolves the problem.
Audio Formats and Encoding: Even though the audio is converted to MP3, the encoding might not be fully compatible. It could be worth trying a different encoding format (e.g., WAV or OGG) to see if that resolves the issue.
Try a Different Audio Tool: If you are consistently having issues with certain files, using an alternate tool to trim or adjust the audio file before uploading may be beneficial.
Since some audio files work fine, the issue may be specific to how that particular file is being handled.
If the problem continues, Let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
^MM
