Adobe Express Captions not showing up in downloaded video - PLEASE HELP!

After auto-generating captions for free in a video in Adobe Express - sometimes the video downloads without the captions showing up (and for some other videos they do). Am I doing something wrong? How can I make sure the captions are included in ALL downloads? Thanks for your help!!!
