Both on desktop and mobile adobe express videos not showing up. I've used express since the beginning and not had this issue. Upon Download adobe express says 'saved to camera roll' but nothing is there...
what's up with this? I've wasted lots of time downloading files with nothing. Love express though these hiccups aren't acceptable - any tips welcome.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Is the issue just limited to this specific video file? Do other video files download successfully? If you create a copy of the problem video project and try to download, from there you get the same result?

This has happened on numerous separate files both on the desktop and mobile adobe express. I have duplicated project files and had similar results. Do people from adobe support ever come here to help?

Hi @knowledgeable_hope5C37, can you please confirm the browser you use on desktop? If you're unable to find the project when downloading it from a desktop browser, can you check and change the destination where the files are exported when downloaded?
As for the mobile app, I'd suggest you try reinstalling the app and resetting the app permissions to see if that helps.
