Adobe Express - free for K12 teachers?

Hi,

I'm a teacher in Luxembourg and I signed in to Adobe Express with my education-mail. Is Adobe Express free for teachers in Europe as well? If so, what do I have to do?

Thank you for your answer, but that was not, what I was looking for. I just want to know whether Adobe Express is also free for teachers in Europe, in my case Luxembourg.
