Adobe Express Free Version, Focal Point not working

SOS, focal point is not working at all! I have the free version, I'm on a PC using Chrome. I even added the Adobe Express plug-in for Chrome.

Can you please elaborate on the issue you faced? Does it work fine for you? If the webapp still causes any errors while working on it, please share a screen recording of the workflow for us to investigate.
