Adobe express MP4 file exports a different size? help!

Hi, I've been creating bespoke size digital ads for my business using Adobe Express, however when I download them they are far larger than the size I originally added into the filter, and so are being rejected by the agencies we want to post with. How do I keep the px dimensions the same please?

I believe the minimum supported dimension for video export is 146px, so the heights of 90px and 50px won't work as is (they will be scaled up)

I am having this same issue with 728x90, 300x50 and 320x50. Have you found any solution other than recreating in a different program?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
