I'd been using Adobe Express sparingly for a few years since release but more regularly over the last 12 months.
A few months ago I began experiencing an issue with Adobe Express not loading on my web browser and had to use the mobile app while I investigated with limited success on my laptop. There were a few closed discussions with answers that had been upvoted but none of which gave me lasting results. In fact, I began trying different web browsers successfuly but one-by-one each of them fell victim to this new incurable curse. What's more frustrating is I was able to have success with a freshly installed browser for a day or two but without warning or reason the browser stopped working. To date my most successful solve was to use an "Adobe Express App" from the Windows Store but it just seemed like a Chrome port and today it failed to work as well as all my web browsers.
Also today, I went back to some closed discussions and tried some of their answers and this is what seemed to work for me.
1. Restart network connection
2. Wait 1 minute
3. Reload Aobe Express and fail
4. get frustrated and mash the Refresh button 10x or more
5. Problem solved on all browsers and windows app
You're Welcome! I hope this calulated approach helps someone else in need.
But seriously, why is this still a bug? Am I the only one still experiencing this?
Current specs: Windows 11 Laptop - Intel i9 12th gen - Nvidia RTX 3080ti (laptop) - 64gb DDR5, Google Chrome Version 123.0.6312.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)
To everyone here who is facing this issue , here is the solution, check your network firewall (windows firewall) and disable the outbound rule for adobe related software. Enjoy Cloud Express.
Finally ! it's solved : you need to turn off your ad-blockers
It could be either your windows firewall, your antivirus or an adblocker you have that is blocking the IP conection. You have to find out which is the problem in your case and allow the connection. In my case was windows firewall.

Tried turning off the add blocker, VPN, windows firewall, all the stuff no luck. Finally figured it out. Go into your fire wall settings and select add blocker. Then go into domains and select Adobe Express. Click exclude this domain from ad blocks. Even if the add blocker is turned off, this still will block the connection. Hope this helps!

disabling my Ad blocker did nothing to help - finally got it working by enabling thrid party cookies for Adobe:
Settings>Privacy and Security>Third Party Cookies
Add "[*.]adobe.com" to sites allowed to use Third Party Cookies.
Finally it works!

I can tell you what it was for me after an hour of trouble shooting: as for me it would come and go too. And eventually just wouldn't load up at all, on any browser. Even through my VPN was disabled, that wasn't enough. I either had to terminate Nord VPN as a process, or turn off "Advanced Browser Protection" and "Ad and tracker blocker" and it started working everywhere imediately.
Iunno. Worked for me.

thank you all for your solutions. however that doesn't solve it for me. I have logged in to a free express account and there is not issue there, same wifi, same pc as before. no issues.

It still isn't working for me and I've done everything in the comments. It will work for a little and then it doesn't work and now I can get it to work on ANY browser

I checked your error logs and one that caught my attention appeared to be related to Chrome extensions. Could you try disabling Chrome extensions (possibly TikTok Pixel Helper if that rings a bell) and check if that works? Or another browser?
Thanks
