In my Adobe Express, the left panel of options does not work ... click on any icon and the entire page freezes. I have an iMac M1 with Ventura 13.1. I should not have this issue, especially when I have to go online to use the application, and since I pay for the full Adobe suite of products.
Please help!

Welcome to Adobe Express Community!!
You're right; as Adobe Express is a webapp, this doesn't seem to be a hardware-related issue as your device meets the minimum requirements.
However, I'd recommend you give it a shot after deleting your browser's cache/cookies. You can also see whether working on a different browser or private/incognito browsing mode makes any difference.
Moreover, make sure your internet connection is stable.
