Hello everyone!!
Then, you may need to permanently delete some of your assets to free up space in your storage.
Note: You must navigate to https://assets.adobe.com/deleted to manage your storage and permanently delete assets.
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. All these areas count toward your storage quota
https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries/

¡Hola comunidad! Aquí estrenando la nueva aplicación de Adobe Express. Ahora sí ya no me deja editar si no expando el almacenamiento, pero ya lo he hecho y sigue sin dejarme editar. En la aplicación anterior me podía escapar de ese letrero pero ahora con la nueva actualización ya no puedo continuar avanzando en la edición si no añado más espacio en la nube. Ya añadí espacio de almacenamiento y sigo sin poder editar. ¿Alguien sabe qué hacer? Quise regresar a la aplicación antigua y tampoco me dejaron. Qué lata, ya invertí 400 msxn en esta app y no me deja hacer nada, ayuda ;_;

Check all these locations for any files that count towards your storage limit:
https://assets.adobe.com
- check also the deleted files section - files are permanently deleted after 30 days;
- check also Launch More>Synced Files - these are folders/files that you can also see on your desktop
https://lightroom.adobe.com
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
https://express.adobe.com/sp/
https://new.express.adobe.com/
https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations
- in the Mobile Creations area also check Deleted items.
Here's the help article about cloud storage and what is included as you may use other parts of it e.g. Libraries or Lightroom, that you haven't mentioned here:

We are sorry about the issue you're having.
You may see a notification of full storage because you've reached the storage quota in Creative Cloud.
You can check how much storage space is left and delete the unused files. To learn more about it, please follow the Cloud Storage link. For more details about deleting your files, you can click here.
Let us know how it's going, we're here to help.
Thanks,
^Winnie

Hi @misha_6283,
Thanks for reaching out! If you’re seeing an “out of storage” message even though it looks like nothing is saved, it’s possible that some files are still in your Deleted folder, which still count toward your storage limit.
Please try the following steps:
Go to your Adobe Express Home page.
Click on "Deleted" in the left panel.
Select all items and permanently delete them.
This should free up space. If you're still having issues after that, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help!

Thank you MM, is there a way I can add other drives for the storage? As I have SSD installed but there is a 1TB HDD also installed.
TIA

If you're getting an "out of storage" message in your Adobe account even though you don’t see anything saved, it could be due to hidden or orphaned files (like synced files, deleted files still in the trash, or assets from shared libraries).
Here’s what you can try:
Check Deleted Files – Go to Adobe Creative Cloud Files > Trash. Files in trash still count against your quota.
Review Synced & Cloud Docs – Check Cloud Documents, Libraries, and Mobile Creations. These sometimes store assets you’ve forgotten about.
Shared Items – Files shared with you may count toward your limit if synced. additionally viit here https://inatboxsapkindir.com.tr/

This is going sound ridiculous, but it worked for me. Ignore it and choose from Files that you've already exported to your local device or drive. Don't use a beta unless Adobe is paying you and you have an inside contact at Adobe. Even the features in released version is not working completely. This is not inordinate, it is typical. Plan accordingly. Good luck.

Thank you for the update! If you're running out of storage in Adobe Express, you can manage your space by permanently deleting assets. Simply visit https://assets.adobe.com/deleted, navigate to Files > Deleted, select the asset, and click "Permanently Delete." Stay tuned for future updates on managing storage directly within Adobe Express.

I've posted earlier in this thread about this issue. Like quite a lot of people I have tried all the 'fixes' proposed by the Adobe staff but it doesn't solve the issue. Very frustrating indeed, the coders at Adobe need to sort this out.

Hi Tarun,
Thanks for your reply. So I have 100GB storage and got the message that my storage is full after a couple of years using Lightroom (which I use across 2 computers). I deleted loads of images (fully) but this had no effect. Also all the links that we are suggested to check (i.e. https://adobe.ly/3XEk8w6, https://adobe.ly/3XBHC4U, https://adobe.ly/4cgtC51, https://adobe.ly/3xmVbL3) have just a handful of images in them.
Kind of annoying, would be nice to fix this without having to start all over again.
Thanks,

Hey @Tarun Saini , sent you a DM.
Also in the meantime I tried just archiving some images just to be sure something is broken. It said I'm 5.3GB over my limit so I archived 7.6GB of images (and also deleted them from the 'deleted' sidebar. This has had no impact on my storage, it still says I'm 5.3GB so something wonky is definitely going on!

Hi @Atomise
If you sign in with your Adobe ID at https://adobe.ly/4fK1FFe
and click on your avatar at the top right and go to Account info how much space does it show you're using in Lightroom? Please also clear any deleted files from here as well.
Thanks,
Dave
