Adobe Express uploading images

Hi, I am new-ish to Adobe Express and I have found this programme really helpful for the scheduling feature – but when I upload my own imagery it only uplaods 50% of the image with the second half being grey'd out. I have tried reducing the file sizes and different formats with the same outcome. Any help would be appreciated 🙂

I am using it on a mac, and the web browser Safari 15.5.

Could you please share the type of file and size you're using? What's happening when you're trying to upload?
