Hello!
I have created three vacation webpages containing many photos and texts with Adobe Express and I have a question that I have not been able to find in any search. Can I save my webpages to my computer as I would a picture? I have the links but I would like to save the full webpages directly to my computer just in case I lose it on Adobe Express. Thanks!
Paula Brown
Hi @paula27brn
We don't support this yet, but saving as PDF is a commonly requested feature: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express/suggestions/47158525-export-save-webpage-as-pdf

Thank you for your reply! I tried saving my webpages as a PDF but it did not work. I also read and replied on the link that you sent which shows the extent that this is a problem. It would be so great if I could savd them so please keep me posted of any updates to this problem. It is very frustrating as I put a lot of work into these three very large wepages. Everyone loves them!

I'm sorry--Adobe doesn't support a purchaser saving files to their own computer??? On what planet does that make sense? I pay you money for a program, not to be the keeper of my files. How do I save my files to my computer? And please understand: I work in many places around the world where wifi either doesn't exist or isn't available. Adobe should stop acting like that isn't the case and serve the cusotmer instead of the company.

Thank you, Pat, for an excellent response! For the life of me I cannot understand why I cannot save the webpages to my computer in the correct format as I created it in Adobe Express. Saving is such a basic function of any software. I would love to make an Adobe Express webpage of our latest vacation but I do not have enough storage unless I purchase more storage for a monthly fee from Adobe as Adobe continues to be the keeper of my webpages. While Adobe is in the process of solving this problem, the customers that are affected should have temproary access to free storage until we can save the webpages to our computers intact as we created them. There would be no need for me, if I could save the pages to my computer, to purchase additional storage. I cannot tell you how much the webpages are loved by my viewers. I love Adobe's programs and spend a great deal of time working with them.

Hi!
I said this above as follows "I would love to make an Adobe Express webpage of our latest vacation but I do not have enough storage unless I purchase more storage for a monthly fee from Adobe as Adobe continues to be the keeper of my webpages." As there has been no mention from Adobe Express about finding a solution to saving my/our webpages off of the cloud, I am about to purchase more storage. Can I cancel the 1T storage once a solution is found so I can get previous webpages off of the cloud freeing much needed space and eliminating the need for the additional 1T storage?
Thanks,
Paula Brown

I'm a little surprised. I read that you can create simple websites with Adobe Express. And now there's no way to export them.
That sounds a lot like: Pay for our wonderful tool, but you can only use it on our site. Sorry, customer.

Hello!
Is the solution to Adobe Express being able to be exported to a personal computer problem close to being solved? August 2025 was the date that I was given! So excited!
Thanks,

It's 1 September. I spent a couple of hours conceiving a landing page just to find out that I can only save it as a pdf! That's outrageous! Why on earth do I need a landing page in a pdf? So, evidently, the problem hasn't been solved yet

Hello!
Are you close to solving this problem with Adobe Express? August 2025 was the date that I was given as you can see from posting above. I am so ready to create my travel websites with Adobe Express but can not as I am at my cloud storage limit with Adobe. If I could save the current pages intact as they are (pdfs do not do that) to my desktop then I would have lots of space to create. The time to fix this is now as it has been a problem for a couple of years. Please let us know the progress. Adobe Express is a wonderful program.

Hi @paula27brn,
Thanks for following up on this. I'd like to inform you that this feature is live - you can now download your webpage as a PDF! You'll see a "download" button in the header, and you will have the option to add accessibility tags and/or a timestamp.
Check this article for more information- https://helpx.adobe.com/express/web/create-and-edit-documents-and-webpages/create-webpages/export-we...

Thank you for your quick response! I tried the above solution on my six created webpages. The Panama Canal cruise website downloaded the print but with no pictures in their designated spots. I tried again with the same results. The Newfoundland website had the download button greyed out. I tried several times. The remaining four webites showed the download button which I used but after a timeframe trying to load, an error message appeared with no download at all. Could you help?? Thanks! Paula Brown

Hi @paula27brn
If the missing pictures are in webpages migrated from the previous version of Express (i.e., were created before August 2023), then yes, this is a known bug that we are hoping to fix soon. I will post here when the fix is deployed.
Let me check with the team on the disabled buttton. Are all other buttons enabled (share etc.). Could you please share a screenshot?
Thanks,
Abhi G

Hi!
The webpage with the missing pictures is before August 2023. The interesting thing is that this was the most promising result. The four webpages that finally gave an error message did have an active download and share button. When I selected the download button in each of the four webpages, it looked like it was downloading the page but finally could not, so an error message appeared. I could take a picture with my phone of the error message but it said something like " an error has occurred - try later". It was small and in red. The Newfoundland webpage had the download and share button greyed out like I said. Thank you for your help.

Hi @paula27brn
The presense of a glideshow should not account for the issues you are seeing. Yes, the downloaded PDF will not itself contain a glidehshow (since its largely a static format). But pictures should not go missing, not should you see something like "an error has occurred - try later".
As for mp4, this option does not exist for Webpage files.

Hi @paula27brn
The missing pictures issue should be fixed; could you please check now. The "an error has occurred - try later" is still being investigated. We think it happens for webpage files with lots of images and a timeout is encountered.
