Hello,
I am not able to access Adobe Express on the Adobe website. Is it being updated? It just gives me a photo of the icon and doesnt allow me to access the application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you - Jason
Hi @Jason,
Welcome to the Adobe Express community!!
This could be due to a network connectivity issue, as there isn't any downtime for Adobe Express. You may check it out here.
Could you try switching to a different internet connection? Ensure the device is not on a VPN or has an active firewall. Also, I'd recommend you try again after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you use. You can even try working on the private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.

...There is another comment about toggle off hardware acceleration in Chrome as well under > settings > system > use hardware acceleration when available > toggle on, if off OR toggle off if on, and then relaunch. I performed this and then saw this comment about Express VPN and jumped into extension manager and toggle off and now it is working for me. Thank you for this.

It's been very glitchy for me on a Mac the last few weeks. It's slow and jumps around. Not like the older version that I've worked with over the last few years. Hopefully they can get this fixed!

What happens when you delete everything in the URL from the question mark on? (Include the question mark.) All of that is just tracking information and is unnecessary.

Did you try to temporarily disabling the firewall?

For anyone who uses ExpressVPN: I have found that having the chrome extension active (even if you are not currently using it to connect via VPN), results in the OP's situation as well. Toggle off the ExpressVPN in the extension manager, and Adobe Express loads fine for me (again this applies even when not actually using the VPN connection).
