Adobe Fix has been removed and has been replaced by Photoshop Express.
"As of May 01, 2024, Adobe will be removing Photoshop Fix and Photoshop Mix from the Android app stores and users will not be able to download Photoshop Fix and Photoshop Mix...If you are a current user of Photoshop Fix and Photoshop Mix, you can continue to enjoy these apps already installed on your device until June 04, 2024."
