All thumbnails in the app don't show up

Question

I downloaded this version from Galaxy store. I tried clearing data and app cache.

Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work either. My internet connection works fine. I don't know what to do. I ran out of solutions. Is it a bug in the app or what? I have not faced such problem since it was "Adobe Spark"

Thanks for sharing the details and the troubleshooting steps you followed. Could you also share the device's make and model? Also, mention the app version installed on the device.

Additionally, I'd suggest you try once on a different internet connection to check if that makes any difference.
