Assets failed to upload - Why?

New Here ,
Feb 26, 2024 Feb 26, 2024

I have created 2 videos now but can't download either of them. It comes up with

'10 of your assets failed to upload. Please delete any assets marked with the failed icon and re-upload them or try a different asset.'

All are recorded from the same camera so why are some uploading and some not. I even upgraded to premier and still nothing!

Finding it very frustrating and certainly will cancel the upgrade!

Any advice much appreciated

Hi

@Lynn356946846yw5

,

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing? Did you recently make any changes to the browser? Which browser you're on and which iOS device you're using?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

I have the same issue - I ACCIDENTALLY added a video, deleted it, and now can't download my flyer! I can share a video if I can figure out how to do so.

Mine says, "1 asset failed to upload. Please delete the asset marked with the failed icon

and re-upload it or try a different asset. (Failed audio asset will have a gray bar.)"

However I don´t have any audio and nothing has a gray bar.

I found a workaround...download to your Google drive - save as .mp4 "all pages"....that worked for me.  It's a bug in Adobe Express that they don't seem to be able to fix as SO many people have reported this same issue.

Meant to say "share" to your Google drive (or dropbox)

Thanks a lot for your workaround. It did help me download the video to my drive.

Observed that after clicking upgrade to click download, I got the same error: "1 asset failed to upload..."

Note: The same video was downloaded fine a few months ago without the upgrade pop-up required.

I had this same stupid problem. You're the only one who has offered an actual work-around. Why can't Adobe fix this?

I'm still getting an error when trying this workaround. I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong. Any extra steps or assistance?

Are you choosing "share"? You want to share the file with your Google drive then choose the mp4 file format
