audio to animation not working anymore?

Hello, 

 

after the updates, that has been made, I miss my favorite functions: 

 

the old link was: https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio

the new should be:
https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/animation/audio 
but clicking on "create" the page stays blank. 

Is the funcion hidden in another part? I check also in the menu. 
with this function I could put an audio file in the program and got an animated "cartoon person" as a video file as result.

    I used firefox going on this link: 
    https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio?category=videos 
    white window. If I close that window: (after the login, the program asked that at the beginning) 
    closing the white pop up window and clickin on video - animate characters: 

    the white big pop up window returns.

    I tried today, again, with 4 different browsers: 
    it is not working again. It worked for come weeks but now again it just "overlay" a big white box, and I cannot do anything.....

    That is so nice, that you check on my again. 

    i found out that my Google Chrome Browser just won't do it (it was not rendered after hours), so I tried Firefox and in a reasonable time it worked.

    Thanks for confirming. I'm happy to hear it worked on Firefox. It's strange that Chrome didn't render it. Can you let us know if it is the same experience in Google Chrome's incognito browsing mode?

    no, I did notthing special. I was only reminded of this function by a youtube video, so I tried again. 

    From here https://new.express.adobe.com/ -

    I clicked on VIDEO in the menu, than on "animate characters". And I arrived at the exact link as before: 
    https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio?category=videos

    whith the big difference, that not that link is opening fine!

    Hey @martina_7226, I'm checking to see if the feature is working fine for you. Are you able to access the Animated Character easily and without any issues?

      Finally it is working again. I tried today and 
      https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio?category=videos

      is now opening for me. Whatever has been changed: thanks!

      Yes, this is working. I added a video and one of the text presets without problems.

      @martina_7226 I have another question for you. Are you able to load the main Express editor and begin to add media to a project? You would do that by starting a new project from home (for instance, using the purple plus sign) and not using any quick actions. Let me know if you have any issues using that flow.

      Both pages are opening fine. 

      I tried the both functions, but uploading gave these error pages: 

      the size of the video I tried to upload has been small. And I checked: Chrome is updated. 


      I tried also Firefox (the video was 30 seconds, 6 MB) and it gave the same error....

      Thanks, @martina_7226, I'm glad to hear you aren't seeing the payment page anymore. I am going to keep looking at the logs and investigating. In the meantime, do any of these other quick actions load for you and allow you to upload videos?

      Ok, I record the "opening" of the 2 links, but this morning is not popping up the payment-choice-page: 

      https://somup.com/cT1hiTLf2x (screenpal registration, left side you see google chrome browser, right side Firefox, both the same). 

      First I opened https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio?category=videos 
      Then
       https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio 
      but as you see: only blank white pages....
