Hello all,
This is super simple and I must be missing something. I've built a template and I'd leek to replace an image in the tempalte with an image from one of my CC libraries. However, when I select the layer and then "replace" it only allows me to use images provided by Adobe, or upload a new one from my device. I'm unable to replace with an image in one of my CC libraries. Perhaps I'm missing something super obvious. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hi @jonm18318314,
Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any confusion. In Adobe Express, you can only replace an image with either one from the stock library or by uploading it from your device. If you have an image in your Creative Cloud library that you'd like to use, I recommend downloading it to your device first and then using the "upload from device" option to replace the image in your template. This should allow you to incorporate images from your CC library into your project.
I hope this has helped answer your question. If it did, please consider marking this thread as the correct answer. It may help other community members with the same question and inform them that a correct answer is available.

Thank you for your continued support <3.

Dear Lynn,
My question is: As someone who has been a user of Adobe products for the last 10 years, they have been overall very user friendly up until the recent Adobe Express update. Please explain, if you are unable to replace an image from your CC library, why is the library even available? I feel it would be an imperative improvement to adjust the software to pull images from the library, as it previously did. Or if there is a way to go back to the classic, more user friendly version, that would also be ideal as this version does not have the ability to create collages as seamlessly.
Thank you so much!

I agree! This is a major oversite on Adobe's end. Makes me want to get rid of this and use Canva.
