Bug with large images

When using very large images, the size and positioning of the image is buggy. Scaling the image down fixes the issue, but it would be useful if an alert is displayed when trying to use an image that's too large. Or even better, fix the issue with large images.

Hi,

I like your feature request. Please make it! I hope you don't mind me opining about this. Until such a feature is released, I'm afraid you'll have to be mindful of the horizontal and vertical scale for images you use for graphic design (and video editing) applications.

We have the same issue in video editing. Images that are overly huge can really cause a lot of issues, especially with performance.

In trade school back in the 90's, I learned to always optimize images for potential use so that they are more easy to manipulate in software applications. We used Photoshop for this even back then! 2x the native frame size usually is a good sweet spot for a general rule of thumb in motion graphics design so that one can animate the photos, like Ken Burns did in his world famous documentaries.

Regards,
Kevin
