I have chatted several times and haven't received an answer. I have used stock photos in Adobe Express, but now I am afraid I am on a trial and will have to pay for them. Can someone please tell me how to access the stock photos within Adobe Express? Where to find them.

When you're creating your project you can choose photos, design assets even logos fro mthe menu on the left. Here i have Backgrounds open and you can use any of them in your project.
Items marked with a crown icon are Stock items that require a subscription to the Creative Cloud, so in that sense are paid Stock items. Any others you cna use freely.
Edit: it's just occurred to me you might also mean using Stock from stock.adobe.com. Whilst the assets in Express all come from Stock, you won't find everything there. To use an asset from the larger Stock website you would need to have it in one of your Libraries or have downloaded it, so that you can upload it to Express and use it. Again, there are lots of paid assets in Stock, but you can also search free items by using the dropdown menu. That's my second screenshot 🙂

Thanks for responding. However, I have to ask if you are referring to Photoshop. I don't have a left side panel for anything like backgrounds, photos, etc. in Photoshop Express. Here is a screenshot of what I see before I press the + sign to open a new project:

No, it'a definitely Adobe Express I showed you. The reason you're not seeing all those options is you haven't yet started a project and so have nothing open to add a background to. You need to do what it says there - Create a new project. You can choose from templates to start with, or use Custom Size if you know what size you want to make your project.
Once you do that and the project is open you will have all the assets to hand.
