Can I open an Express Project in Premiere Pro and continue working on it in Premiere Pro?

Hi,
the video should be a normal MP4 Videofile that should be no problem for Adobe Premiere.
If you want to share assets the best would be over the Adobe Creative Cloud App but you could use also other Cloud Storage I assume. Hope it helps.
