can I shorten an image in a glideshow?

Hey, can I shorten an image in a glideshow? I have a photo - and my box of text, which is short, so then I have MASS SCROLL to the bottom edge of the photo - can I shorten this somehow?

You might try Adobe Express' Quick Action for Crop Image to crop the image first and then add it to the glideshow:

so, you have to crop the image? you can't just adjust the distance of glide?
