Can't access admin console

Hello - I set up Creative Cloud Express and added the Google SAML setup to add my school's users. That all went smoothly, but now i cannot get back into the Admin Console. I am using the same account that I used to do the inital setup.

 

I have tried the incognito tip, but I still can't get back into the console.

 

Any ideas?

I am the IT administrator/admin for this setup. That is the issue I am having - i can no longer gain access to the admin console.

 

Do you have a phone number i can call?
