The file that ive been working on for the past month is not converting. I can't access it. I only see the "something went wrong, we can't convert your file" window when I clik on the file and that's it. Please let me know how to fix it, im on a really tight schedule.

Sorry to hear you are running into conversion issue. Please send me a private message with your adobe-id (email that you sign-in with) and include a reference to this post (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/can-t-convert-and-open-file/idi-p/14023107)
We can then look at conversion error logs associated with your account.

A fix for one of the conversion issue was deployed recently, and @Viktoria3172780780zt confirmed that their files works now!
