Has anyone had this problem? Whenever I try it says I need the license to an adobe stock image but there aren't any adobe stock images in the video.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

Possibly related:

Maintenance issues which occurred after the massive AWS outage.

See below for Adobe's system status report. Last I checked, a number of major issues are still pending.

I have a 5 second animated project. It's a social media post I initially made for a halloween event a previous year. Went in to it to literally update the date an then download again and it gets to 14%.
Then I get the attached error message. I've done all the different browser, etc. Nothing works. Should have been a quick job

Hi @Manuela I

Based on the logs associated with your account, the issue is a smiley-face Stock asset that looks like this:

Unfortunately, this asset had to be removed from the Stock library due to some contributor issue. Does this help identify the asset? Once you delete/replace it, download should work for you.

Thank you!

I figured it out by making a copy and deleting one asset after another.

But I really appreciate it.

I have changed it an I am good now!

Thank you for responding!

This is actually the CRAZIEST thing ever and needs to be fixed or the site needs to be shut down. Website just doesn't work. So so annoying. DO NOT USE ADOBE EXPRESS TO EDIT VIDEOS!!!!!

I have the same problem with the download. Adobe can take this tool and put it into the waste.

*Hi, I manage to fix it: I duplicated the video and was deleting 1 by 1 the different videos from the stock, doing downloading tests... And finally I got the video causing this error (??) removed and replaced. Now the video is downloaded correctly. Thx!

It's fixed now. The reason was a video (from the stock) that once deleted, the download was smooth. I had to create a copy of the project and go video by video until found the one (lucky only one) provoking this error. Thx!

Hi there, I've replaced all images and removed all background assets and other built-in assets. The images in the project have been paid for (not placeholders), yet I'm still unable to download the video. Please assist me? Screenshot of error message below.

Hi

@Steven27049131q52t

,

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please let us know which file format you're trying to download. Is it happening with all files? Have you recently made any changes to your browser?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

@Colleen22732219piw5  and @Paul24576627helf,

1. Restart your computer.

2. Use another browser that does not have Script Blockers or VPN enabled.

3. Periodically clear cached content from your browser to free up more memory.

Hello,

I am having the same problem, I cannot download an mp4 video file. I really need to download this file, as I've worked on it for many many hours.  I didn't have a problem several days ago with the same file, but I've continued to build the video, and now I cannot download it.  Trying to download in 1080p.  It reaches 20%, and then the message displays:

Download failed: An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.

I've tried on both my chromebook and desktop machine, same result.

I am in the free trial period, if that makes a difference.

Thank you for your assistance.
