Has anyone had this problem? Whenever I try it says I need the license to an adobe stock image but there aren't any adobe stock images in the video.

*Hi, I manage to fix it: I duplicated the video and was deleting 1 by 1 the different videos from the stock, doing downloading tests... And finally I got the video causing this error (??) removed and replaced. Now the video is downloaded correctly. Thx!
It's fixed now. The reason was a video (from the stock) that once deleted, the download was smooth. I had to create a copy of the project and go video by video until found the one (lucky only one) provoking this error. Thx!

Hello,
I'm also getting the same error message when I tried to download my video. I only used Unsplash photos (that I give credit at the end of my video) and included the creative common icons available in the Creative Cloud Express. I did not use any adobe stock images. I logged out of my account (on the web) and then signed back in but I'm still encountering the same issue.

Hi @ericl31926844 I was able to successfully create and download a test video as an .mp4 file. I used Brave browser with Windows 10. I don't see any issues. Please check that your browser or antivirus software is not blocking anything. Try logging out and back in with your Adobe ID. Switch to another browser as a test.
Go back to the home screen to see if your video is there. Click on the ... menu and duplicate the video. Then, go back and remove some frames to see if you can successfully export again. It may be that one slide is hanging everything up.

Hi Eric,
There was a fix released yesterday. There was an issue with the licensing process of premium images... even for images that were just clicked on and not used in the final project. It should be working fine now. Hopefully you can report positively about it!
Thanks,
Gwen

Hi Gwen, Adobe express made my experience worst so far. I thought Adobe is a renowned brand so it should work better than any other tool. I was using Canva and invideo earlier to create videos for my YouTube channel and eventually I switched to Adobe express and it is worst. Canva is really better. First of all Adobe express is lagging a lot on any browser and and on any device and somehow I managed lagging and finally created a video of 48 minutes after a long long dedicated hardwork of 13 hours in 2 days and wowww, I can't download my video. Check the errors. Please fix it if you can or else delete this software from your servers because it is only time wasting. Don't suggest me more troubleshooting steps because I know what I am I doing. Just fix it if you can. Adobe should not promote such time wasting tools.

Do you have lots of (image/video) assets on a single page; say more than a few hundred? If so, you might need to split the video into multiple pages (e.g., duplicate the page, trim the timeline to the first half on the first page, to the second half on the second page), download the pages individually, then merge them togther using the merge video quick action.
There are other reasons the video download can be stuck at 20% though, so if the "hundreds of assets" case does not apply, please send me a private message for follow up.

Hello,
I am having the same problem, I cannot download an mp4 video file. I really need to download this file, as I've worked on it for many many hours. I didn't have a problem several days ago with the same file, but I've continued to build the video, and now I cannot download it. Trying to download in 1080p. It reaches 20%, and then the message displays:
Download failed: An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.
I've tried on both my chromebook and desktop machine, same result.
I am in the free trial period, if that makes a difference.
Thank you for your assistance.

The error you are facing seems different from others reported on this post.
How long is your video? Could you please share the url for your file (from the browser's address bar when the file is open) so we may inspect associated error logs?
Thanks
Abhi G
