Can't duplicate projects

Since the Express changeover (which happened with no warning, I might add), I find I can't duplicate projects. I have already tried clearing the cache. Is there a workaround I can use to make a copy of a project to work on? My current workflow requires this functionality.

Hi There,

Sorry for the issue and the mixup regarding the announcement.

 

May I suggest to try a new "Incognito," "Private" or similar window in the browswer you are using. Logging out of Creative Cloud and then logging back in with your account info at adobe.com can also assist these kinds of issues.

To address the product team directly, you can comment here. You can also file a bug there, which I suggest that you do if you have the time. I'm not on the CC Express team - just a moderator in the support realm for Adobe forums standing by to assist with any issues, if I can.

 

Please try these things and report back. The community awaits to assist further.

Thanks for your reply-- For anyone else having this issue, cache clearing didn't fix the issue, but an incognito window did.
