Hi @default324508764sf2qd, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading custom font files. This shouldn't be happening. I can see you have an Enterprise Admin account. Would you mind confirming if you're still experiencing this issue? Ensuring you are logged in with your Enterprise Admin account is essential, as this account typically has the necessary privileges for uploading fonts. If the problem persists, please provide more details, and we'll do our best to assist you further.
Thank you for your efforts in providing us with all the details.
I apologize for any confusion. I looked at your account and can see that you have an enterprise account.
In the new Adobe Express platform, font management for enterprise users is handled through administrators for enhanced security and consistency. While the mobile app version may allow direct font uploads, the new Adobe Express focuses a bit more on centralized control. Please contact your organization's administrator with specific font-related needs or questions. They can help ensure your branding requirements are met within the new framework.
If you have other concerns or questions, feel free to ask.
Thank you for your continued support ❤️ in making Adobe Express better. -Lyn
Ok thank you...my school is using this enterprise edition, so i have to accept that. For me as a student, the different behaviours still don't make sense. Now i always have to take the workaround, make a project in the app, insert all the fonts and then use it in webversion... 🫣🤯
I have packed all the annoying behaviour in my own post here: post
I can upload fonts in cc and use them in the express branding which are not in the adobe library...like Alice - a google font. Brandon Grotesque, which is in the Adobe Library and i already installed through CC is still not available in the branding options...but useable in the mobile app...and if i start a project in the app and then open it in web, i can use the font, but still not available for branding. 🤯
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I do see this option myself. This may be related to the type of membership your using. Do you happen to know whether you're using, team, enterprise, educational type account? Also, are you using a paid membership?
I am using the student version of Adobe CC. In the brandings tab of Adobe Express i can't find an upload button. So i installed the font in CC Desktop App. Brandon Grotesque is in the Library of Adobe. Now i can use the font in the Express mobile app but can't find it in the brandings tab in the browser. But when i start a project on mobile, i can also see the font in web.
How can i import the whole font family to Express on web? Why is it possible in the mobile app?
To use custom fonts, the Admin of the education account needs to upload the fonts. When the font is uploaded, the user of the education account can use the fonts in their project.
