Cannot download MP4 file

I have an MP4 file that I want to trim the beginning and the end.
I went here
https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/editor/mp4
I logged in with my adobe account
I uploaded my file
Trimmed it, saved it, downloaded
The download had a progress bar and took around 15 minutes
But where is the file?
It's not in my downloads folder.
I searched my entire hard drive - no file
I went to the downloads section in Chrome and there is no reference that any file was download today. So whatever the progress bar was doing, had nothing to do with downloading to my computer
Then I found my file, online in adobe.com/files
But I still cannot download it. Right click the file, there is no download choice.
How do I get my file?

Hi

@jim_7818

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading your trimmed MP4 file. Let's work through this together to find a solution. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Also, Since you found your file online at https://adobe.ly/4igEDpO, try the following steps:

  • Open the file in Adobe Express.
  • Look for a download or export option within the Adobe Express interface.
  • If there is no direct download option, try duplicating the file and then downloading the duplicate.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
