Cannot edit videos created in Spark on Express

I opened Adobe Express after a few months of not using it. All of my videos are inaccessible. A popup appears and states:

File cannot be opened.

This video format is no longer supported in Adobe Express but you can download it.

My video links still work in the websites where I have linked them.

Can someone please help? I've tried both Edge and Chrome, and there is no difference, the message still appears.

Hi @Kerry23757623kvmr

Unfortunately, this is the expected behavior. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/express/kb/adobe-spark-video-page-included-adobe-express.html. This was announced a while back.

As the popup indicates, you can still download the video, but you won't be able to make direct edits to the old project.

Hope this helps,

Hey Kerry23757623kvmr,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with Adobe Express. It seems like there might be a compatibility issue with the video format you've been using. Have you tried converting your videos to a different format before importing them into Adobe Express? Alternatively, reaching out to Adobe support might provide more specific solutions tailored to your situation. Hopefully, you'll be able to resolve this issue soon!

Thank you for your reply! I unfortunately just read the same thing on the support page where I was looking for information a moment ago. I'm glad the urls still work. I will miss the ability to make edits.
