Cant download slideshow created in Adobe Express

Used Express to create a slideshow for a local school & was going to send a draft over, but I cannot for the life of me get it downloaded??!!!  Every time it only gets to 20% then says "Download Failed"??!!!

I need to know if it's worth finishing it in Express?!  I really need this to download?

I tried in Edge & Chrome.  They both do the same thing???

What gives??  Please help me figure this out???

Please log off, clear your cache and cookies, and test in incognito mode. If this doesn't work, update your browser to the latest version. If available.

 

If you tried the above and it didn't help, please share with us the download URL from your project (Adobe ID).

okay....I did iall of those things & I still cannot get it to download??  Just says "download failed" & never gets to the window to choose where to save it????

this is driving me nuts?!  Please help me download??  I need to finish this project, but not being able to download it is freaking me out?!?!??!

I havent heard anything back?!!!  Anything else I can do?  Or just use another program???  This is so frustrating.....

We see the failure is consistent with this document and the reason is due to large number of image files(>200) in the document. We have notified the relevant team for investigating the failure on priority and help us resolve the issue. We will keep you updated once the issue gets resolved at our side. Meanwhile, can you please try dividing the scene into multiple pages making sure each page contains less than 100 images and later combine the individual page-wise video files via Express video quick actions, this workaround is to unblock you for now while we continue to investigate the failure.
