Cant find removed designs made in Adobe Express

Where are the designs in Adobe Express that have been removed? 
I have premium package in Adobe.

Hi,

what Designs do you mean exactly? The Templates that you have Edited and saved are in your Account. All other searchable templates are Online. Hope that helps.
