Hi there,
Can anybody on this community page help me so I can get access to the Cloud Storage because apparently I have 600+KB still in the cloud on my page and yet every file that's on my page is completely empty.
I have tried everything to try and permanently delete everything in my cloud storage but with no luck at all.
So if anybody on here has any ideas to help me with this problem I will be very grateful especially if I decided to put more stuff in the cloud in years to come.
Thanks.

Hi @Vivacious_loyalty6784, to confirm how much space you have used and how much is remaining, you can check by launching the Creative Cloud Desktop app and looking under the cloud icon. Use the Files tab to add or delete files from your cloud account (see screenshots below). You can also access your cloud files online here: https://www.adobe.com/files. Make sure you are logged in with your Adobe username and password. You might need to log all the way out and back in to clear out any cache that isn't updating your available space. Let us know how it goes!

Howdy JEL,
WEll I have tried everything that you mentioned to me in your previous comment about trying to get to my cloud storage. However whatever I try nothing has changed and I am still getting the same stuff which basically means that the 655KB cloud storage hasn't changed and I can't get into it and also every time I go to the Files section it basically says again that I don't have any files at all to see.
So in short everything I have tried hasn't changed much and I still can't get access to my cloud storage...how frustrating.
*By the way I have been using computers for over 30 years and even me with a bit of knowledge about the internet even finds this Adobe website interesting but frustrating at the same time.
Saying that I have just looked inside the cloud in the cloud app and it says that I have 0% storage but I have used 655.4KB of 6GB used.
Could you explain that for me as someone who is new to this Adobe website and Cloud overall.
Thanks

Hi Tarun,
Yeah I have chcked all of those links but still no access to the cloud storage.
I wonder if I can't get in because of my free subscription? hmm
By the way Happy New Year.

Howdy folks,
As you may or may not have noticed in one of my early comments that I had major problems trying to get into my cloud storage with no luck.
Now then I have been thinking over the Christmas holidays and have been wondering if the reason I can't get access to them is maybe because I have a free Adobe membership rather than a paid version.
I wonder if that is right or not

Can you tell us what happened when you contacted Adobe Customer Care in the link supplied by Tarun? Be sure to type "agent" into the chat box to get a human and not the bot.

Hi Jane-e,
Well funny you should mention about the chat box and I did use it but apparently when I mentioned the word "Agent" (or whatever it is) etc but unfortunately I didn't seem to get very far with the chat box.
Strange is that I have only joined Adobe a fortnight ago or something like that but it's getting so frustrating I feel like leaving Adobe as faster as I have joined them.
But I will give it a chance and see what happens in the future.
