Thanks for reaching us. Currently, the custom domain name feature isn't available in Adobe Express. However, it's an excellent feature to have & we will let the team know about this.

On the Adobe Express Uservoice with a search for "custom domain" there aer two topics. Neither have very many votes and so are not apparently under consideration at this time.
