Yes I can see how to share a link but is there a way to download the video so that it can be used when there isnt access to the internet.

Yes, the video project can be downloaded and is accessible without the internet. Here are the steps to download the video. Open a video project > you will see the download option at the center top of the page. The video will be downloaded in MP4 format.
