I'm trying to download my document to pdf and I keep getting this error:
"A network connection error occured while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again."
I checked my internet, restarted my computer, refreshed... nothing is working.
Anyone encounter this and how can I fix.
thanks!

Hi @louann_7827,
We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which inert connection you're on? Are you using Wiki or mobile data? Can you please try switching the internet connection to check if that works?
Regards,
Tarun

It's my work computer. Windows and I'm connected to my wi-fi (Cox Communications). Is that what you are needing? I tried to turn off and go back on but still nothing. It's only Adobe Express. I'm able to download in other Adobe products.

Also, I've been able to download before. This is the first time I'm unable to download.

Hi @louann_7827
Thanks for the information and testing, turning off/on your Wi-Fi. Could you also test these:
If none of those help could you send me a direct message here in the forums with the link to the duplicate copy and set it to where anyone with the link can access and download it? I'll try recreating the issue myself.
Thanks,
Dave

I tested the download, and it downloaded successfully for me. Do you have the option of testing using a different internet connection? This would help determine if the issue is related to your work internet. Does your work provide a high-speed internet connection? Does this happen with all files you try to download when at work or just this specific one?

@David__B Thank you for checking. It must be a firewall at my company. I will check with my IT. Thanks!

@louann_7827 You're welcome. If it is due to your company's firewall, it could be that you'll need to allow access to certain domains for the download to work. I don't know specifically which one is causing the issue, but we do have this article, which provides a large list of what is required https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
