Download only gets to 90% and freezes ??

Hi, I've just subscribed.. 

trying to download but it's only getting to 90% then stops. I've tried shutting down app multiple times, t turned iPhone off and back on.

Very frustrating

Please try switching your internet connection between Wi-Fi and mobile data, ensure the app is updated to the latest version, consider reinstalling Adobe Express, and sign out and back in. Also, check that your device has enough free storage space.

If the issue continues, please share your iPhone model and iOS version and your Adobe ID so I can assist you further.

so, that is the best you can do, make sure you have a strong wifi connection? This problem is pervasive and this advice is insulting.

Sorry about the frustration — we know how critical it is to download your work smoothly. Please share your project link and confirm the Adobe ID you used to subscribe so we can check on our end.

In the meantime, try exporting via the desktop web version or using a private browser window, as this can bypass temporary sync issues.
