I am currently trying to set up my free classroom account for teachersScreen Shot 2023-07-26 at 3.18.44 PM.pngThe issue is that my school is not recognized by the official list provided to Adobe, so I decided to request to add my school. But when I try to enter my first and last name, it keeps giving me the prompt "Enter a valid First/Last Name".

I am very confused and I don't want to use Canva. Can someone please help. Thank you

What happened when you clicked the link to request to add your school?

The second screenshot in my post is what pops up after you click "Request to Add School". The issue I'm having is that after I input my information and hit "submit" the error pops up telling me to enter a valid first and last name. Then it greys out the submit button, no matter what I try.
