Hello everybody!
I use Adobe Express on my smartphone and in the browser of my office PC.
While I'm able to save and download projects from my phone, that doesn't work in the browser. I can work on my projects without any problems but when it comes to leave the project Adobe Express tells me it's not done with saving. But I can wait a lifetime and it won't finish. The little cloud-icon rotates a while and then finally shows an x.
I tried to delete the cache, the cookies, I tried incognito browser and another browser. Nothing helps.
Since my phone screen is to small to work properly on some projects I really need the browser-Version as well. What can I do?
(My projects made on the phone appear in "my-Stuff" in the browser, but I cant open them there.)

As a follow up, I duplicated the file and the duplicate is saved and now able to share. The original still says it is not finished saving.

@Caroline322002888be2, I'm sorry you're having trouble. It's been some time since you last reported this issue, and I haven't been able to reproduce this error.
Please retest this and let us know how things are going.

I don't know about the original post, but I am having this issue today. All the same points apply. It is 1:00 pm on 7/25/24 and the file has been "saving" since 11:30am.

As a follow up, I duplicated the file and the duplicate is saved and now able to share. The original still says it is not finished saving.

Dear @Lyn_D Lyn, I just retestet but the problem remains. I tried to duplicate the file as @vicftally suggested, but that doesn't work either.

@Lyn_D, I too am having the same issues of projects not saving/downloading in Firefox, Chrome, or the Adobe Express Chrome app on PC. The Android apps on both my phone & tablet both seem to save fine though. Just weeks before this issue, I had problems with Express not loading previously saved projects I wanted to edit as well. This is the 5th time I've had one or the other of these issues with this app. Waiting hours for a project to finally save at some random time is frustrating enough to make me want to cancel & delete this app from all of my devices. If this doesn't get fixed soon, that's exactly what I'm going to do.

Also having the same issues, projects never save and I lose everything as soon as the program is closed. Agree, I'm just going to stop using it I think.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know when you have been seeing this issue. Have you recently made any changes to your browser? Did you check your projects here https://adobe.ly/3Ztwffw?
Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? Try resetting your firewall and check if that makes any difference.
