Question

Express fails to load or create project - is it CORS issues?

What is the best way to report a bug/issue with Adobe Express.
Today it has failed to load. Failed to load in Chrome/FF and the Chrome app. Restarted machine, cleared cache, uesd a private tab etc. It loads (so I see inital screen, list of projects etc) then as soon as I go to create a new project or load one - nothing. Lots of cross domain errors in console and requests getting a 499/400 or blocked response status.
I've also paused my AV while clearing cache, then reloading to see if it was getting in the way. Same results.
If I follow the link in Adobe community to submit a bug report, it bring me to a page for suggestions and no way (that I can see) to submit a report.

Any suggestion on how to resolve or submit issue?

Toggling FF protection settings off will allow the projects to load.
Not sure why at the moment, but that is what I've found.
So a partial answer.

I posted a question here - https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/express-fails-to-load-or-create-project-is-it-cors-issues/m-p/13753561#M7535
as my Adobe Expres was failing to load any projects. The intial screen would load, then after you'd try to either create a new project or load an existing one it would do nothing other than load a blank screen, with blank buttons etc.

Clearing cache, signing out, wiping service worker etc nothing worked. Private tab, no joy either.
I did get it to work in Chrome incognito so I initally thought it was some kind of cache issue. But in the end it was the failure to load tracking requests.
Firefox is blocking requests to Facebook and also New Relic. Only by turning this protection off will the projects load in FF.  Turn the protection on again, and then it fails once more.

I have a windows 10 machine, the app in question is express.adobe.com/
Using FF version 112.0.2 (64-bit)  (but it also fails on a normal Chrome tab as well)

Should also point out that I think the request in question which is blocking proects from opening is - https://js-agent.newrelic.com/nr-spa-1212.min.js  (this is blocked by duck duck go privacy)

these are user-to-user forums.

for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html

for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

but i didn't see anything for adobe express, so i think posting in this forum is the best you can do.  i will try to flag an adobe employee (@David__B)  to see if they can help.
