Failed to license one or more images

I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.

 

When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.

 

Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

Sorry for the trouble. That's not right. Have you tried reinstalling the app? If that doesn't fix the issue, please let us know, we are here to help.

Doesn't look like there is a quick fix to the issue for us users. Pretty poor customer service on this issue as well. This is the statement I received from adobe: 

 

"We wish to inform you Adobe Stock/Website has encountered some service/site repair challenges due to which you are currently unable to use the stock functionality fully, we are currently working to restore full functionality at the earliest. However, it might take 24hr - 48hrs for the website for fully operational again. Hence we would request your understanding and co-operation"

I've been having this problem for almost 24 hours already. Im a paid user, I've tried restarting my iPad, I've tried logging in and out of both the Express App and the Creative Cloud App. I've tried deleting and re installing the App....no luck. I've run out of the usual suspects that usually get things running smoothly again. Very frustrating when need to get work done! Please advise. IMG_8451.jpeg

I've been getting the same "Failed to license one or more images." error. It was working for me earlier today but stopped for no reason. I needed to get work done today and this has just set me behind, which I assume is the same for everyone else reporting here. I can at least download a free image from the stocks website, but that's a pain in the butt.

I have the same issue after iOS update.

I am using iPhone 12 Pro / iOS 17.0.1.-

I tried all the trouble shooting I could think of  and hopefully it's a temporary issue.

Well since the issue persists and unlike Adobe, I need my business to keep functioning without error, what are some other platforms that I can download that compete with Adobe express?

 

I am pretty much done with Adobe express/ Adobe Stock. What else is out there?

Same issue, extremely frustrating and tried everything to fix the problem. Come on Adobe, sort it out!!!! Paying for full access and currently can't complete work required for a project due. NOT HAPPY!!!
