Feature Request: Share Folders of Projects in Adobe Express

The ability to share folders of projects with team members is a fundamental feature currently unavailable in Adobe Express. In the current release, sharing is handled on the project level. If a user wants to share a project with their team, each team member must be individually added as an editor.

If Adobe Express seeks to replace Canva, this feature is necessary. Teams share folders, not just libraries of assets. While the latter is a fantastic feature, the ability to share folders of projects with a team is equally critical and frustratingly absent as of December 2022.

Can someone from the Adobe Express Product Team confirm this feature is on the product roadmap and provide an estimated deployment timeframe?

Absolutely, we actually just signed up for Adobe CC Suite because we use Indesign and Acrobat already, and were using Canva to create simple content quickly. We want to stick with one ecosystem for simplicity and file sharing. However, after the switch, I'm just now realizing there is no ability to create a shared file system with my team on Adobe Express. It's wayyyyyy more important to have consistency across all employees to have the same file/folder heirarchy/asset organization. Everyone should have a shared file system location, as well as their own personal file management location, within Adobe Express. Copy Cnava please!! Or, you could also think of it as Microsoft OneDrive, where you can create a shared onedrive for the team but also have your personal onedrive. Currently, it is a complete headache to create a design, then save as a template, then put that template into a library, then create multiple personal libraries and share every library with everyone on the team.  What a mess! How long does it take to create ashared file system? Hoping this is in the works and coming out soon!!!

As a manager, I want to be abel to setup all the folders and then invite my team so everything is setup for them. Shared file system within Adobe Express would greatly improve design teams onbaording processes too.

I am agreed with others on this thread that having the ability to share entire folders NOT just individual files or projects is essential within Adobe Express.  I want to make collaborating with our team more effective, but I don't want to have to share each anf every file seperately every time.  Is a solution for this something that is currently being worked on by Adobe and when can we expect that to be available.
