file isnt working when uploading it

i tried to upload a video on to adobe express it and mkv file (i use obs) then i converted it to an mp4 file after it said my mkv file wasnt supported then it said "video encrypting not supported" and idk what to do

How did you convert the .mkv file to .mp4? If you do it via OBS Studio there shouldn't be a problem; I use that all the time. It's under File>Remux Recordings. There's also a setting in Settings>Advanced to Automatically remux to mp4.

i correced it from my files by going to properties then converting it an mp4 and laos if u can please share how exactly do i convert the file i dont know what to do when it shows this

Click the 3 dots to the right of OBS recording. You file explorer window should open and you navigate to where the .mkv fils is saved.

The Target file section will be automatically filled with the file name and save to the same location as the .mkv file. Click Remux and you are done. In future if you need mp4 files, go to Settings>Advanced and set it remux automatically.
