Same issues for me, can't work on anything. Usual troubleshoot steps don't help. 😞

Same issue here - performed as typical troubleshooting and still cannot load any files. I can create new ones but after a couple minutes the site tells me I'm offline again. Doesn't even work on mobile, incognito, or desktop app. ADOBE - FIX YOUR SERVICES!!!

What is the alternative because I need a back up in case this happens again. The older version of Adobe Express was much more stable. The newer version has the reloading issue on both the app and in chrome. Now it says i'm offline. Today is the worst day as far as the issues go. I LOVE Adobe Express but it's not worth it if these issues persist.

Same here, I've been having the same issue for like the past hour. I've tried different browsers, logging out and back in, nothing at all.

Has adobe responded to this yet? if a lot of people are having the same issue (I am as well) at the exact same time it is probably a server issue and it would be nice for them to aknowlege it.

I’m trying to edit a video in Adobe Express, but the platform keeps telling me I’m offline—even though my internet connection is stable and working fine.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Cleared my cache and cookies (for all time). Tried both normal and incognito/private browsing modes. Switched browsers (Chrome, Edge). Disabled all browser extensions. Did a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Logged out and back into Adobe Express. Checked your server status page—everything shows as operational.
Despite all this, Adobe Express still won’t let me edit and insists I’m offline.
Could you please help resolve this? Thanks in advance for your support!

I am also having the same issue. I've done basic trouble shooting, cleared my cache and cookies, and tried opening adobe express on other browsers. My internet is also working perfect for all other applications. None have resolved the problem. How can i fix this?

Hello, everytime I try to access my files and projects on Adobe Express, it gets stuck on "Getting everything ready for you" and then "You're offline" Even though my internet connection is working. I can load other pages on google and such. However, when I make a new file or project, it seems to work fine. It just doesn't let me access any of my old files.

Adobe express won't let me access my project. I keep getting this you're offline please check network message, but I am able to access other projects and create new ones.
I tried making it a template and reopening it, duplicating it and even reset the entire app/web page and even the mobile for this specific project
- both are giving the same error, even after trying on diffrent wifi connections and reseting the laptop itself/ redownloading and reseting the app.
What is the fix for this and or HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH SUPPORT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE??? I have client work and can't even deliver.
- this HIGHLY recommended cloud service should not have issues like this, and demand a membership.
