Font Not Found Code 500

I'm tyring to download a PDF of a project I made in Adobe Express. I had tried to use Helvitca font but no matter how I imported the font I kept getting error messages and it did not look right. I ended up deleting the font and changing all of the fonts in the project but I am still receiving the error message below. Please help!

Hi @Emily261906196e0j I'm sorry to hear about the error. It could be that there are still some traces of the Helvetica Neue Light font in the document. Did you upload this font from your computer into the Brands folder? Are you sure you have a full license to use the font? If you try to upload another custom font, do you get the same error message? Let us know how it's going.

I uploaded the font from my computer into the Brands folder. But when I kept getting error messages I deleted it from the brand folder... I keep getting the error message even though every text has been changed to not be the one that keeps coming up in the error message...

Hmm. It could be a licensing issue. Where did you get that particular Helvetica font? Is it only the Light version that you uploaded? Otherwise, did you log all the way out of everything and try again? It could be a caching problem with your browser or with Express. If you copy or duplicate the project to a new file, does the error still show up?

I ended up just re-creating the project. That worked!
