Thank you for reaching out.
The ideal header dimensions for a webpage in Adobe Express depend on the specific design of your website. However, a good general rule of thumb is to use a header w = 1200 x h = 400 pixels. This will ensure that your header is large enough to be visible but not so large that it takes up too much space on your page.
We also have here website header templates you can choose from and change to your desire.

I have created a webpage in Adobe Express and used the 1200 x 400 size, but when accessed on a phone the image is not responsive and it cuts off the image. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Hi
@Angie32636372i46r,
Thanks for your patience. I would like to inform you that the webpage dimensions are preset for use. Would you like to share a screenshot of what size you're selecting on the web platform and how you see the page on Mobile?
We're here to help, just need some info.
Regards,
Tarun
