How determine size of image in a layer? How do I make multiple images or objects the same size?

Question

I am creating a wine tasting placemat and have wine stain circular images I need to place on the mat. The wine circles need to be the right size to fit the base of a wine glass. Also, all of the circles need to be the same size.  I don't see a grid option nor do I see a size option or information available per image.

Adobe Express doesn't currently offer the grid or size adjustment feature you're looking for. You can use Adobe Photoshop instead, as it provides these features. We also welcome you to submit a feature request here to share your interest in this feature to be implemented.
